And this is how I got a promotion that took me from London in the UK over here to the United States. Sky is the tech global company that has got employees all around the world. And that opens up a lot of opportunities. Most of our clients are of global nature, and so we have to work with other teams across the globe and also functionally. This opens up opportunities to learn, to explore other cultures, and to get to know other people around the world. And I can relate to this personally. I started back in the UK in London three and a half years ago. And my sky progression, my career progression, has taken me over here to the United States, where I've taken a new role, I've taken the leadership of the team. And it has been a very enriching experience for me, learning the ways on how we work here in the United States. And also, I continue to progress my career, get leadership skills, and all of these things that have been very beneficial for me.
