People always ask me what keeps me so long here at Sky have been with the company for 16 and a half years now. And I can say that beyond the fact that that's an amazing company, the team that we have here, the global aspect and the fact that no day is similar to the other is really what kept me here through the years. I started when we were a really small company less than 30 employees and we have grown to be closer to 600 employees nowadays. And it's really amazing to see the value and opportunity that will bring to our clients with the changing markets. Gen AI has been an important part of our value offering this year for our clients. But when it started, it started as a small project that some team members of ours took it and started it alongside their day to day. We were insurance management back then if it was a buzzword or if it's something real and started in 2023 fast forwarding to the end of 2024. They came to us with something that was very close to our product, was real value to our clients. And this really allowed us to come early this year and offer our clients something with real value and insights leading on that Gen AI opportunities.
