Something that I think is so unique about Sky is the fact that 99% of all the marketing materials that we need to create throughout the course of the year are done with our in-house team, and that's something that I'm really proud of to both be a part of, but also lead my own creative team here. The work that we're doing, whether it's something for a big product launch or our industry tentpole event called Shopable that we do every year in New York. I can see the impact that it's making to the company's bottom line, and it feels like I'm not just spinning my tires, working on something that doesn't matter. I'm actually contributing to the success of this company and the success of the team, and that's one of the things that I think makes Sky such a unique place to work for. I've worked at a handful of different companies, and they all do marketing differently, and so being able to have an influence over our brand positioning and the materials that we're creating, whether it's something small, like a one-on-one pitch or something big, like an entirely integrated brand campaign. The kinds of work that my team gets to do and that I personally get to do really make me feel like I'm a part of something bigger, and I can see the almost instantaneous impact something like that has on the success of our company.
