smallest things in your career can have the biggest impact. And for me, one of those small things that you tend to overlook at the beginning of your career truly is mentorship, because you're often handed a mentor right off the bat when you first start on a job or you first start learning, you might take that for granted. Something that I truly learned was the power of having mentors in my company and in my role in across companies. At Amazon, I chased that mentorship at the agency. I chased it at Sky. I've chased that mentorship. I actually came to Sky specifically to work with a mentor who I valued and I knew was an innovator in the space. The benefit of coming to Sky and working with this company was actually that I didn't just gain a single mentor or the experience in that role. When I came here, I actually gained a plethora of mentors, whether it was working with VPs and CS, PMMs and helping youth marketing. I learned so much about different aspects of our business and learn and grew with people that were sitting right beside me every day.
