So, let's talk culture-driven environment. So, for me, a culture-driven environment is just basically a place that you can come to and be stress-free, an environment that, you know, that when you come to, you can kind of leave the way to the world behind you. So, when you're coming in for your day-to-day, you'll know I'm about to see, you know, some friendly people that I work with, a team of people that, you know, I'm growing with and my projects and my day-to-day, but also people who care about me, who care about my well-being, who consider, you know, my feelings and my wants and my needs and desires. And that's just some of the things that would make a culture-driven environment and that's what we offer here at Skye.
