You wouldn't believe who recruited me for celebrate. It was actually a dog. So actually a dog recruited me because I met my colleague outside of this building because I worked in the same building and since I love dogs, we connected through her dog and then we connected on LinkedIn and she was like, "You're an office manager," and I was like, "Yes." And she was like, "Oh, we're looking for one right now, and this is how we connect it," and then she got to my details to HR and here I am. The secret of being a good office manager to me is empathy. You need empathy and you need to connect to people and see what are their needs and how you can help improve the everyday work. I'm a big people person. I love to connect to people , get to know their stories, what they do at work, what they do outside of work, and this is what I love about Celebrate. It's all about the people.
