So usually in the development company, you would specialize in one or two components. You would work on one area. In Celebright, we are working on four to five things. At the same time, two different people would take a project from zero to 100, and we would work on it, we would take the decisions, and of course we are still supported by the manager level and the architecture level. But we will take most of the responsibility, and we will get it to the finish line. This is allowing us to enhance ourselves and our careers, because we will learn a lot of things along the way. And also, it's never boring. It's always getting interesting. You're always coming to something new.
