So a lot of people wouldn't believe that you could transition from a career like the police into a tech sales role, but this is something that I've found quite a smooth and easy transition. My background in the police was over 10 years with the met police in London, doing a variety of roles from on policing, surveillance, investigative roles, and also response policing, so answering your 999 calls. During this time, I gained loads of valuable skills, loads of experience, all in different places and some weird and wonderful courses from driving courses to armed courses to surveillance courses. And that really has put me in good stead to then transition into the private sector. I think a lot of people will wonder how that transition happened and why. I think the key thing here is to sort of touch on my personality and me as a person. So I love adrenaline. I love being part of a team. I'm very high energy and I wanted to replicate that in the next career I moved to. I started a family a couple of years ago and that sort of gave me the push to move from the public sector to the private. And I really wanted to find a role that suited me and my personality. I'd heard of celebrating my policing background and the sales role. I got to know a little bit more, having spoken to people at the company and also a friend that recommended me as a great place to work. I really enjoyed the sort of exhilarance of the sales role. The team around me and the support that I've had from celebrate globally and also my immediate team has been excellent. That is one thing that I've always prided myself on is finding a role that suits, you know, being part of a team, working together and collaborating. And I couldn't have picked a better place for that either. And I think the key thing as well with celebrate is that there's always that mission in the background of helping and getting justice for others. So a lot of the people I'm speaking to, they're working on different criminal investigations throughout the UK and Ireland. And it's been great to have that background and touch upon what I did before and transition into helping those people.
