What's been really exciting for me as a back-end developer at HiBob is the realization that not only my technical skills are coming to play here but also my soft skills and my leadership capabilities. I've gotten to lead a project that we worked on and that gave me the opportunity to use my organization skills, to collaborate with other teams, to present the new project in front of my co-workers and I've really grown a lot from that experience. It makes me more excited to come to work every day knowing that not just my technical skill set is being used but also other parts of me and what I bring to the table.
