So I'll never forget my first day at Hi Bob. I came in wearing a very business attire, you know, very prim and proper, clean shaven. And Duncan at the end of the day came up to me and was like, "Are you comfortable in that?" And I was like, "Not really, but I feel like this is kind of what's expected on a first day." And he's like, "Tomorrow, wear something that you're more comfortable in. You know, wear something that you normally wear." So sure enough, the next day, I dressed how I would normally dress, which is completely different. And Duncan 's like, "That's more like it. I want you to be yourself." And, you know, I'll never forget that because that's like a value that I've seen in every avenue at Hi Bob is to be yourself and bring something you need to the team. So I appreciate that.
