So what's so special about HiBob is the fact that everyone here actually comes with personal goals. Obviously everyone has a North Star where they want to be in five or ten years and the company does really a lot in order to make sure that you track your goals, your personal goals, making sure that personal development is really something to pick and care up. And yeah everyone here is trying to aim to the stars and it's really something that you can feel in every step of the way here.
