So let's talk about company values. Sometimes these values are really generic and detached from what happens on a day-to-day basis. And I think here at Highbub, things are really in part of our DNA. I've been here for four years. And I really see these values play out almost in anything we do on a day-to-day basis. And this goes from the sea level all the way down to ICs. It helps people get context to what they do on their day-to-day, helps them see the bigger picture. It helps them understand where we're going as a company. For example, interacting with openness and transparency. The sea level are very open about the agenda and where we're going. And it helps people get context. It helps people be creative and innovative to find solutions for problems we face on a day-to-day basis. Obviously, a big part of that happens in our tech organization. And it's really interesting to solve these really challenging problems. But when you have a lot of context, it helps you find really interesting solutions.
