Here's Why Now's the Time to Join Us

When I joined Silverport with around 300 employees, today we are more than 600, it definitely feels like it's the perfect time to join the company. So for me there are basically three things which are important when I look for a new job or new company, the people, the product and then the culture. People matters for me the most because I need to feel good in my environment and people means also that I can talk to our founder, to some other team members in other positions, other countries. And this goes directly to the culture because for me a culture is important where you can talk with all the different people within your environment, within your company and everyone is helping you when you need their help. For sure the product is important because if the product is not good we can't sell it and I really can say that the product is amazing. And all of these are the reasons why I love to work at Silverport and I love to wake up and chase my prospects and do all the stuff we are doing every day so I 'm really happy to be here and I hopefully can go on with that kind of team next year.
