My name is Camilia. I started as an SDR two years and a half ago and I've been promoted into commercial sales manager. What is really great about Silver Fort is the mission we have about the product and, you know, to see this kind of improvement in terms of, like, the product team and what we are trying to give to the customers every single day. We try to improve, not as a product, as a company and also employ the right people that can drive this kind of a creativity and the same message everywhere inside different countries. What is really great is the ideas we have together as a company and also individuals' ideas. Here at Silver Fort, we actually support the creativity. But when you are in a fast-growing environment, you just reach to the right people at the right time and within two, three weeks, you have your idea that is live and everyone in the company is supporting you. So if you think one day of joining a fast-growing company where they actually support creativity, I think this is the right place.
