Platica encourages you to use and adopt AI and this is a key thing for growing your career in the future. Hi, I'm Susie. I'm the Chief Information Officer in Platica. My journey in Platica started just over five years ago. I joined as the VP Data , a part of the technology and then just over two years ago I assumed the role of the CIO, responsible for IT, MIS, and AI. My role in Platica was the first time in the mobile gaming industry and that was an amazing opportunity for me to start to do something different. So before that I was responsible for data, which is already quite wide because everything is running on data. So then adding IT, NAI, and MIS to it gave me the full picture of how technology is helping the business to run. What helped me to succeed in this transition is being very sharp on priorities and understand what's more important than the others. The CIO role today is all about enabling Platica in this AI transformation area and making sure that we're transforming all the experimentation we're doing into true business values.
