Technology is super important, but for me, it's always about the people. Hi, my name is Adam and I'm a team lead in Platicar. Running the game for me is pushing ourselves to do great things and also to be ahead of everyone, especially in the market. So as a manager, when I interview people, I always try to create this cool vibe atmosphere, because I know that in the beginning, people are super stressful. After that, I can start asking my serious questions. The first question I ask is, what are you proud of in your career? What you did that you can actually achieve and you want to share with me? The second one is, tell me about the mistake you've made. What have you learned? Because as a manager, I totally understand that we all make mistakes, but I'm interested in your learn process. Growth, come from reflection. As a manager, there is a quote I just love. A leader is a man who needs others. I couldn't achieve nothing about my team. I'm part of them and they are part of me. That's the way what she thinks in here. Do it together.
