My job is to bring characters to life. Yes! Hi, I'm Christian, and I'm a Lead Animator at Latica. Breathing life to a character is our job. We put ourselves in the shoes of the character, and we make the animations in a way that the player has an emotional connection with that character. In our art department, people are great. We have a lot of fun while working. We spend time together, we compare our art, our animations. We fight about it, and we take the feedbacks, so you do your job, and also you're having a lot of fun. Five years in one place can look like a lot of time on paper, but for me, being in three different positions helped me see this differently. It's like three different jobs. One word to describe political, that would be transformation. Because the company adapts and changes its structure, so it can be competitive in the market and lead it.
