I started as a business analyst, and after several positions within the company , now I'm the general manager of Salter Grand Harvest. Hi, I'm Roy Glaser, so I started 10 years ago at Bingo Blitz. I was a business analyst, and basically after two years, I switched to monet ization. I wanted to have some new set of skills. I was eager to learning more angles of the business, and from that moment, my career path exploded. I became a team leader, then Director and VP of monetization at Bingo Blitz, and in the last two years, I'm the GM of Salter Grand Harvest. So the thing that helped me, moving from a specialist role to a leadership role , was like I kept learning the business from all aspects and all angles. I kept on asking questions, being curious, and it opened me like a very good view and a wider view of how this whole operation works. Platica gave me real opportunities to step up, if you show ambition and curiosity, and just like raise your hand and be motivated and come to work every day with passion, career opportunities will open to you, and Platica will support it. It happened to me throughout all my career.
