Stay open minded. Playtica is a playground of opportunities. Hi, I'm Revid. I'm a product lead in Playtica in solitary ground harvest. I started my journey in Playtica as a product manager. After around two and a half years, I was promoted to a team lead. Around three and a half years in total in Playtica, I decided to make a change from social casino into the casual games. And then I moved to board games with a lot of excitement, and I was ready for the challenge. I managed UI weeks members, which is a challenge because it's managing people from a different discipline. When you join Playtica, it's a whole different world that you need to learn and experience and actually feel it's totally different in other places. After a short period in board games, I understood them in the right place, and I fell in love in the casual world, and I was looking for another place to grow in this world in Playtica. The next thing I did was talking to the internal mobility team. I came very open-minded, sharing who I am, what I build, what I bring to the table, and what I believe in that I can grow into and contribute to. Today, I'm product lead in solitary ground harvest, leading the growth and retention stream in the studio. The thing is too doubt for me in the Playtica's internal mobility system. There is a dedicated person, platform, and an all ecosystem that actually make it happen. [BLANK_AUDIO]
