Everyone in Playtica has impact. It's not only about the manager already, single developer can come with the idea and it can be in production. And I have a lot of examples. Hi, my name is Alina and I'm working as a product manager at Playtica. For me, running the game, meaning the ownership. Everyone here should own his own part and be responsible for it. And we actually do need it every day. Internal mobility in Playtica is not just words. It's actually a working process, working currently at Playtica for more than seven years. I started as a R&D team lead and moved to the position of product manager. And I think this is a win-win situation for me and for Playtica. I'm working currently and using all my experience from R&D, now a new position of product manager. And I love it. Everything is done fast here. We are making decision fast, we are progressing fast, we are even failing fast. We do the failure, learning from it and move forward.
