As a woman in tech for the past 15 years, it was quite intimidating initially getting into the space. It is a heavily male-dominated ecosystem based on tradition, but that is evolving. It has been incredible growing and learning, and people who work with you are very open to work together. And a lot of times, just because you don't have the checkboxes of the position doesn't mean that you're not a fit, because you hadn't had that position and experience in the past. So I highly, highly encourage women to apply for jobs in all tech and build your careers and grow. There is so much space and opportunity in tech for women, and it's been such a fun ride for me, and I hope that others can join as well.
