When searching for a role or staying at a role, the two things that are very critical for me personally are growth and the people that you're working with. You want to be surrounded by good people who are smart, sharp, willing to help, and always open an onus with you, and that has been one of the major things that I've had here at Workout. And two is growth. Being able to grow with the company, have flexibility, adapt to the changes. It is a startup. There's a lot of changes that come your way. And so being able to grow with the company has been very critical for me. I started here launching partnerships on the AWS and Google side. And now I am a senior director of Global Partner and Regional Marketing. The scope has changed drastically and I've grown with the company and adapted to what was needed. And I've had fun along the way, working with some amazing individuals who contribute and work just as hard as you do. So that's why I've been staying here at Orca, and I hope you will join too.
