With the old fashioned problem, chargebacks was all about documents. Tons of people writing documents over documents, every evidence contain about 20 pages that human being used to write or the next generation of that was templates. They use templates again, very boring, very specific templates and they use one or two templates for handling many different variations of chargebacks. What we did, we took it to the next level. There is very tailored solution for every chargeback and the teams here build very smart technologies that enable us to tailor it in the best way possible and it doesn 't really matter which industry the chargebacks come from, from which merchant or how it came from. We always provide the best evidence possible in order to set it for success in the best way. So the fact that we are in the very old fashioned problem, we make sure that we encourage the team to be creative. We encourage them to think out of the box and the goal is always to think about how the one plus one become five, how we as a team not just working and building things but also break glass ceilings together and make sure that we are able not just do it but also do it together and making sure that we create the best solution within the market.
