- There are two tips if you are interviewing for a position at Just. The first one is tell us your whole story. We wanna get to know you beside the job description. We're not just looking for the dry details. We wanna get to really know your story and what you're looking for. The second one is don't be afraid to interview us back. We would much rather answer questions than have you make assumptions about the company or the culture that are not necessarily true. Good luck.
