So the most exciting part about my job is that I get to be collaborative and creative with my colleagues. We find different ways to create emails, messaging, calls, and just really try to get it to the weeds of understanding how we personalize to companies that we think would be a great fit for Bob, meaning which companies can help grow. And I think understanding what works with a lot of my other colleagues and what works for me, and then sharing those best practices has been the best honesty part about it because we get to find fun ways of how we get those ones.
