- How I went from being the first US employee to a team lead in less than two and a half years. If you know the SaaSter, the tech space, you know that that's not always common to jump into role after role promotion after promotion. A lot of times you're kind of stuck in the same niche depending on how the company grows. And that's not what you're gonna experience here at Connect Team. Connect Team is full of lots of growth opportunities. One of the benefits of being in an organization that's growing fast is I'm in a role that didn't even exist two years ago. So we're in a position where employees can come in and have big dreams for what they wanna do next in their career and not have to go to a different organization to do that. I've had an opportunity to be promoted into roles every single year that maybe didn't exist the year before. Because of the team here to support me and because of the growth opportunities as the company continues to grow.
