So this is my first remote job where I feel like I'm part of the company and the culture and not just a face on the screen. So my role is right after a company purchases Connect Team they get an onboarding representative to work with them to help them make sure that we're aligning with kind of why they partnered with us as a whole, understanding what their goals are and their desires are with the product and then making sure that we 're meeting with them over the first few months of having Connect Team to match the vision that they had with the actual way that we build and run Connect Team and then getting it into their team's hands in an effective way to make sure that they are actually getting the buy-in of the app. They're making that investment, making sure that they're getting a return on that investment. I love it because I get to meet new people all the time. I like meeting new people so you know I get to meet them for a bit, become good friends with them and then kind of pass them on to the next team to hold their hand for like their whole journey with Connect Team but it's always fun learning and finding like new challenges that people are coming to us with new problems to help them solve or look at together to try to help make sure that they're really doing the best that they can in running their operations and their business day today.
