- You love sales, you love tech, you love SaaS, but you really want to be a part of a positive culture, a culture that builds you up and allows you to do the best version of yourself. Take a look. - One thing that I've really, really enjoyed about Connect Team is utilizing and giving everyone the ability to talk to the entire organization. If a sales person has a really good idea or is really motivated by something, they can share it with everyone. And we've learned from each other from that aspect. So, you know, the constant growth, the constant learning opportunities, I think, just make it such a unique and special place to be. - The idea of Canada is just someone who's willing to put in some work. Someone who really enjoys coming to work every day, really wants to grow and learn with the company, right? Our stuff changes every single day. So constantly learning, I think is such a huge aspect, but truly we want the best. We want people who want to be the best, whether it's in sales, leadership, whatever. So it's wonderful to be surrounded by so many motivated individuals who constantly strive to be the best. That's who we want here.
