Something very exciting about our sales department is, I think we have one of the most complex operations out there. Because we're selling it to both SMBs and mid-market, different industries and different sales processes, it makes everything super, super interesting and changes every day. Besides that, we take to very high seriousness and very high extent the sales skills that we're demanding from each and every one of our reps. We have a dedicated enablement team and we put a lot of emphasis all the time on making everyone the best sales people they can be.
