So let's talk about my cyber journey. After serving for over seven years on cyber domain, I look for my next challenge. My team leader and I met on a biweekly basis to map out the goals and milestones that will take me to the next level. First of all, today, now I 'm a team leader at ADD and I do the exact same things with my team members. The concept of guiding , questioning, and adjusting the tasks makes our employees grow and to develop their career. This is what makes clarity so special.
