You wouldn't believe how I got from packing boxes to being a free business solution manager. So it all started with an interview in Celebrate. I interviewed for being a factory floor worker and I started to pack Celebrate 's products. After a while I became a team lead for this department. At this point I started with a degree in industrial engineering and management. After a while I started managing several functions in the operations department but there were always a bug in me. I wanted to work with systems. So when I started opening in Celebrate careers in the LPL list I signed up and my managers at the time gave me the opportunity to actually do that. So I started at this job and then I became a project manager in information systems. After a while I became a team leader and now I receive the operations and finance information systems in Celebrate. So I think my journey here is a testament of how important internal mobility is to Celebrate. So I'm really thankful to my managers and to Celebrate for doing that.
