So, knowing that your work helps to create a safer world by providing law enforcement and police the tools they need is extremely motivating and very meaningful. But it's not just that. Although Celebride has more than 1,200 employees, we still work in a very fast-paced startup atmosphere-like-ish environment, where each developer has considerable influence on the technologies and product design. Of course, we get the requirements and goals provided by our leaders, but they trust us as a team, as developers, to come up with the best solutions, best technologies suitable to that, and create a really good product.
