(upbeat music) - My name is Danielle Zabanek. I'm a data analytics team lead. And why I chose to work at riskified is because I wanted to use data to solve real world problems and no matter what vertical or products or product categories that a merchant is selling, riskified is able to help any e-commerce merchant in order to help both their business and their bottom line. What a day looks like as a data analytics team lead is working with the analysts and senior analysts on my team, helping them solve challenges for the merchant using data-driven solutions. So for example, ensuring that we are approving as many good orders and increasing revenue for our clients while declining as much fraud, using data to come to that conclusion. The people in the culture at riskified is very collaborative. Whenever anyone has a question on my team, I know that at least five people on the team will have their hand raised, willing to help them solve the question, have the answer and work together in order to find the best solution. So we're growing outside of just chargeback guarantee and thinking of new products in order to help the e-commerce space grow and develop automatically with new technologies and new ways of thinking. We don't just want to provide analysis, but we also want to provide the why behind analysis. We want to give merchants the story of what the data is telling and not just the data itself. And people that come proactively are the most successful here. (gentle music)
