The balance between having the ability to own something and to be able to contribute to code the customer sees. Actually, the code best that I'm developing right now is the code that eventually the customer will install on their machine. And besides having an ownership on this one, the freedom to contribute your own things is very satisfying. Together with, let's say, experience that I gained in the last three years, which giving me the ability to train and guide new people in the team. I think this is what makes my experience in Q M, the day-to-day experience, very satisfying.
