People often ask how it is to work your quantum machines. And honestly, I have to say that the first thing that usually comes to mind is how much impact each person gets to have here. You know, quantum machines, you feel your ownership. You're not just a small part of a huge system. You get to see the full picture of what we're building here and how your work directly connects to it. For example, I was once part of this research project and we went from a mirror idea on a whiteboard to a working prototype in just a couple of months. This kind of speed is not rare at quantum machines. This is in our DNA.
