Let me tell you my experience and what I learned working with this company for the past three years is that people join for the tech, but then they really stay for the chance to collaborate, grow and really make a difference in the company. The reason why I really like working on quantum machines is that despite having a technical job, my day to day goes beyond just being in the lab. They still get to deep dive into the physics, but at the same time, I can directly interact with all of our customers around the world, as well as with cross-functional team inside a company like business development, marketing, operations, and this really helps me developing my sub-skills. It's this combination of real-world interaction and deep tech that makes the work of quantum machines so rewarding.
