I worked with every leadership member in Playdica, connecting the dots, and it really assists me to grow into the role of the GM of House of Fan. Playdica support me in every step that I've done. You know, every time that I showed the responsibility and full ownership, I got an opportunity to do more. As a GM of House of Fan, I see the full picture of the studio. It's really the best role that I've done in my career. My growth in Playdica happened because few things first ambition, second, working hard all the time, and third, ask for the opportunity, ask to grow.
