I grew with plaitica, and my current role is to make sure we keep on growing for a bright future. Hey, I'm Lio Canan. I'm here for 12 and a half years running the growth of medical these days at pl aitica. I started my career as a competitive intelligence manager here at plaitica. This role was invented by myself. There was no other person doing me before me. So I had basically to understand by myself what should it include in what am I doing, actually. With this, with time, I had a very good relationship with Robeth, because I was the one to be asked about what's going on, who's the new competitors, what new games are out there. He took me to be his chief of staff. And then, soon after, he wanted me to do another role, which is to open a new game for plaitica. I didn't know how to run a new game, but he told me why you cannot do it. I told him, "No, no, I can't do it, okay." And then I had to learn by myself how to open a studio. The CEO approached me. It was time to be the GM of WSP Studio in Montreal in Canada. Basically, to relocate from Israel, from Tel Aviv. We said yes, even though we just moved to a new apartment also, my son just started first grade, and then COVID hit, but then we also decided to move the studio from Montreal to Tel Aviv. About 2021, blockchain was a new hype with the NFTs and Web3, if you remember. So I opened this new arm for plaitica to try, basically, and incorporate NFTs and Web3 for our players. My current role, plaitica, is running the growth vertical as I mentioned. So it's a mix of both the growth ventures, again, working with the post acquired studios, and working on new initiatives for growth within all of our gadgets portfolio. Many steps in my career was actually that, exactly, right? Single opportunities, identifying them, proposing them, management for my managers, and if they believe in me, and they believe in that opportunity, we can do it. And you can do it as well.
