I am proud to be a mom of two that also develops her career at Playtica. Hello, I am Irina. I am a Unity developer here at Playtica. Running the game for me as a developer means implementing the features in the proper way at the same time as being the first to the market. Two weeks ago, we launched a huge feature that we've been working on for some time and we received positive feedback, our players loved it, the management loved it and the release run very smoothly. It was a very proud moment for me and for my team also. It's very good to see our futures released, our players really playing the game . So yes, the challenges faced here are one of my favourite things about working in Playtica. Being a mom and also a woman with a career feels very naturally in Playtica. The people are very supportive, they understand my responsibilities as a mom and also as a developer here. It's a very good work-life balance.
