So what keeps a person seven years at Platica? I guess it's a combination of a few different things. Number one, creativity. Our work revolves a lot of discussions, whether the witch is going to be purple or green. Number two, impact. I get to make a lot of impact and fast. And number three, I guess on that personal level, Platica managed every time I reached a peak to give me a new challenge, to transfer me to a new role, and to give me more opportunities to learn.
