I think it's a multi-principled approach for sure. I think first and foremost is trust and autonomy. It's very clear that my boss, my colleagues trust me and give me autonomy to execute in my role, which is very important for the chief compliance officer. Underneath that, we have a strong culture of ownership, which then drives accountability. We also have access to data to make sure that we're making the right decisions. And as a compliance officer, I have a lot of data to go through daily to make sure that we're still making the right decisions. Underneath all that, then we have a very supportive board and leadership team that really, truly believes in me and the compliance function to make sure that we can execute and be the best that we can be.
