So at Oracle we're hybrid and even though we are, I've been coming to the office for the past five years. I arrive at the office every single day and I'm happy to do so and people ask me why. You can work from home and the honest answer, it's not the gym and it's not the private chef and it's not the music room, it's the people. They're absolutely amazing. You create the amazing culture that we have. It's due to their compassionate, caring character, their intelligence and honestly they're just amazing people to be around. Any time you need any help or assistance they're really there for one another, very reliable and honestly I'm just very proud to work with them.
