Not many people know, but Orca was founded by eight founders. There were so many VCs that left on the story of, hey, why do you have eight founders? But the reality was that we figure out that it's there to have something that is significant, something that is meaningful with the right people on your side in order to do so. When taking eight founders, it means you're taking eight superstars and everyone are founders. And when you do that, you need to put your ego on the side. You need to be professional, but at the same time, be accepting, be appreci ative on the fact that you have people that are smart, that are talented along your side. That foundation allowed us to actually grow as a company and bring more talented people while putting our ego on the side. And so it means that everyone at Orca has a voice. Everyone at Orca has the opportunity to influence, to make a change, to impact the success of the company where he's working here.
