um the philosophy of cybersecurity. In our fast-paced cybersecurity field we focus on learning by doing. By that I mean that we are regularly sharing code examples, processes, best practices among our developers so they can learn from each other expertise. But also we have those breathing days, no meeting days, where also managers can learn something new, investigate something, experiment something, develop their new skills but in their own face. And I think that's what creates that environment and space for innovation where every challenge becomes eventually an opportunity for us to develop something new and evolve.
