In my previous job, I used to manage quite a few people. And I kind of drifted away from doing things hands-on. And I think that I kind of wanted to do a career change and to think about what really matters to me. When I thought about these things, I wanted to do two main things. One is to focus on my domain, which I'm kind of passionate about, which is the DevOps domain. And two is to actually start as an individual contributor. And Commodore is a really, really good fit for that, because it really has a product that supports that develops the main and I could start as an individual contributor.
