Working on a dev for dev company, the developer can understand the product in his fullness, and that means he understands the pain, understands the features, and understands the persona. Because in Commodore we use Commodore on a daily basis when we develop a feature, it is basically like developing the feature for themselves, and that in terms allow them to have a comprehensive understanding of how our people use the product and why it 's so valuable doing so.
