Let's talk about voicing your opinion at Hi-Bob. As a back-end developer, I always feel that my voice is heard, you know, whether it be in Slack conversations or in meetings. I know that my opinion is valued and I'm not scared to voice my opinion. Just the other week, we had a meeting about one of our new features and involved back-end developers, front-end developers, designers, and the team lead. And there were some disagreements about what we should do, but I didn't feel afraid to voice my opinion even though not everyone agreed with it. So that's been really great.
