So before I joined HiBob, I was already familiar with the product. I was a user before, and I really liked the experience. And this was actually one of the reasons why I wanted to join the company. So I joined HiBob as a backend developer, and it's part of my career path. I had conversations with my managers. We discussed about the possible paths. We have the managerial path and the technical path. Technical path was more right for me. And with the help of my manager, I did an internal mobility move to the infrastructure team, where we work on infrastructure and tools for other developers in the company and other teams. I learned a lot every day, and I'm really glad that I made this decision. [BLANK_AUDIO]
