I have a confession to make. I actually used Bob before I worked at HiBob and the reason for this is that in my previous job we also used HiBob and that's really how I got to working in HiBob when it was time to move. I really enjoyed using the platform. It helped me and it helps employees all across the globe and the small things like clocking in and clocking out and asking for time off requests to using data analytics as an HR representative and building out the company and looking at org charts and all the things that really employees use on the day to day and what's cool as a developer is that I get to release features that are ultimately used among employees across the globe and all different sorts of companies and all sorts of different types of professions and for me that's a really exciting part about working at Bob.
