So what makes it so special to work in sales in a pre IPO company? First of all , it's a lot of growth opportunity. It's lots of change. And when you're ambitious and want to grow, I think this is a great foundation for your career growth, but also for your personal growth. And once going public, of course, this is a special reward for everyone, not only in terms of stocks options, but also when it comes to your CV. Secondly, of course, and this is especially important for the German market, it's still a comparatively young and small team. However, it 's been there since three years, so the hard things are over. And now you can really work with the team and the great foundation. And I think there's even more growth potential in the German market or the Dakar region, especially compared to other regions. So I think this is also very important to mention. And lastly, it's an HR tech company. So we really take this by heart when it comes to our own HR teams and culture, but also selling to HR is something which is really special and nice, very likely people, very open, hard and minded people. And last but not least, we get great reactions. And it's very easy to sell it based on the modern looking UI wishes, I think, always a good thing and asset to have as an AE. So all in all, that's now a great time to join.
